1. What is your MOQ?

     The MOQ for spot products is usually 100 pcs,

     Customized products are available in 500 or 1000 pcs, depending on the product model.

     But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. 

2. Can I get samples?

     Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. 

     Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. 

3. How long is the sample lead time? 

     For existing samples, 3-7 days. If you want your own designs, 

     it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. 

4. How long is the production lead time? 

     It takes 10-25 days for MOQ. 

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? 

    We have our own designer team. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc.

6. How many colors are available? 

     We match colors with Pantone Matching System. 

7. What is yourpayment term?
